Today I let loose and recorded this episode talking about my "internal downfalls". We all have our own "crap" to deal with, sometimes it smacks us in the face in a cyclical nature, or maybe its not super obvious. Either way, we all are imperfect people and today I put production aside and it was just the microphone and myself. I hope this felt like hanging with a friend, coworker, sister, or cousin.
