Today's guest is Richie Derwald and together we will be talking about the anti-stigma with mental health and what needs to change.  Despite all the success professionally, Richie has struggled with depression, anxiety and addictions, as well as his sister Kathy whom recently passed away from her struggles. After Kathy's death, Richie noted that "It's not just the people that suffer from depression it is also the people that care for them." He knew that change was coming in his life.

Today, Richie is stepping out in faith and publicly talking about his struggles. During the Covid shutdown he wrote a song called "Change" which is now going to be the theme song on a new show.  He also started a Facebook group: Change 2021 Comfort through Creativity, which is full of talented individuals that all want change.
