Ines’s career trajectory began with her exploring various different fields, including Machine Learning and, later, Design, and they discuss the positives and potential pitfalls of taking an exploratory approach like this towards our fields of work.

Ines also speaks with candour about the imposter syndrome she has felt at times during her career, and draws on her experience to discuss ways of addressing the feeling. These methods, fundamentally, revolve around acceptance - of our limitations, alongside our strengths - and they discuss the liberating feeling that comes from being able to overcome our own natural inclinations towards perfectionism.
