On today's THE AUDACIOUS BABE PODCAST episode I've had the absolute pleasure to be chatting with the wonderful Annik Petrou from Speaker Express and we are talking all about how you should be using Public Speaking to grow your business.
We touch upon Annik's personal journey and fears she used to have all surrounding Public Speaking and how she overcame them by starting her own Public Speaking training business - Speaker Express back in 2011.
Annik and I met a few months ago when I have looked into Public Speaking for my our development and have found Speaker Express. After watching some of their wonderful content online, I then decided to go to one of their monthly Club Nights in London. That's where Annik and I met and have met up multiple times ever since.
Public Speaking can be such a wonderful tool and skill to have in your arsenal as it not only help you to grow your business and increase your exposure but it also helps you on a personal development level as well because it will boost your confidence levels regardless of where you are currently at on your own journey in life.
"If you don't have the confidence [yet], you need courage. [...] This is what helps build your confidence - the ability to push yourself out of your comfort zone..."
I'm such a fan of Speaker Express and their Speaker Method - which in a nutshell is a 6-step method that will have you to grow your business with speaking.
"As the business grows the more visibility you have (online or offline) [...] with public speaking you are faster to build that trust and connection with your audience."
