Alana's life is a rich tapestry of experiences, passions, living life to the full and making every day count. She is a 5 x author, anti human trafficking consultant, producer, fundraising consultant and philanthropist raising millions for charity over the years.
We talk about the extent of human trafficking, including forced labour, domestic servitude and other forms and how to make a change at the individual level. These are simple things you can do to reduce it and open our eyes to it.
In July Alana was awarded an MBE by King Charles for her work supporting vulnerable women and mental health awareness. This is so inspirational!
