I consider myself a pretty independent thinker, and asking for help or guidance is something I have struggled with for as long as I can remember...

Opening up to someone to get help has been something I have had to learn to do in the past few years.

Independent thinking has served me well, or at least I think it has, but the times that I have made connections with people that are WAY smarter than I think I am to help resolve a certain issue, or look for guidance, that has been where my greatest growth has come.

Knowing when to seek help is a big factor.

Being stuck for days, weeks, or even years is the direct result of overthinking and not allowing yourself to be vulnerable enough to seek guidance.

If you find yourself in a pattern of trying to figure things out for yourself, and you are stuck, step back and look around to see who can answer your question. Who can give you some direction...

I believe people love helping others. More so than we give credit...

Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness.

It’s a sign of your willingness to grow, and be a better YOU!

If you aren’t growing, you are dying...
