Sharon has a portfolio of properties, has been a private landlord for 31 years, worked in the lettings Industry for over 24 years and owned Move On Rentals since June 2006.
She produces and presents a weekly radio show dedicated to the property industry, talks at a monthly investors meeting on the latest updates within the lettings industry and has written in a local magazine as a Q&A expert and now 'the diary of a letting agent...' for six years. Undoubtedly one of the many reasons she was the National Winner in the Venus Awards in 2016 for Excellence in PR.
In 2009 Landlord to Landlord Sales was created to sell tenanted properties from landlords to landlords, meaning the outgoing landlord receives rent up to the day of completions and the outgoing landlord receives rent from day one.
