#041 Sleep paralysis - My experience and different point of view

Heru is the original superhero story. 
Heru is an African (Egyptian) deity. Heru symbolizes the Hero spirit, the process of battling the inner evil to reach the light.
In a nutshell, Set (Heru's uncle) kills Asar (Heru's father). After Asar dies, Aset (Heru's mother) conceives Heru as a virgin. Heru's purpose is to take revenge for his father by defeating Set. In his first attempt, he loses. After failing Tehuti (deity of wisdom) helps Heru finally beat Set. 
This plot is symbolic of everyone. We all battle our own demons.
