Do you ever play with the filters on Instagram or other photo editing apps on your phone?
Isn’t it amazing how a simple filter can completely change the look and feel of your photos?
I’ve found the same to be true of my thoughts.

Or… “There’s way too much to do.”
Then I’ve put on my “Life is So Hard” filter.
And I begin seeing evvverything in my day through that filter.

But when I consciously choose to put a different filter on my thoughts, my day shapes up verrry differently.
With my Gratitude filter on, my days look more like this:
I often think it would be interesting to live the same day twice.
Once with my “Life is So Hard” filter.
And again with my Gratitude filter.
I have a huge hunch that these filters are what make ALL the difference.
Not my list of to-do’s.
Or what someone else said or did.
Our days are shaped by the “thought filters” we consciously choose.
So do you want more hard days? Or more happiness?
The choice is yours.
