Join Laughter Yoga Coach and Yoga Teacher Sim Birnbaum for a guided laughter meditation to help you realign with your nervous system, metabolize grief, and move stagnation. The guided meditation will last for 5 minutes, and then Sim and Jenn will discuss the power of laughter for the grief process, and how it can be a tool for getting back in touch with joy, presence, and possibility.
