A friend of mine recently asked me why I post so much positivity. It got me thinking. And it brought forth a passionate response. It's because it's a straight up war.
It's because I'm talking to myself. I'm calming myself down. My default is frantic and fret and fear. The reason I'm putting out so much positivity is because I have to put myself in a mindset where I stranglehold and suffocate negativity. It's a straight up - man on man war. If I don't destroy the negativity, it WILL DESTROY me.
