I've clambered back into the wardrobe for a quick catch up before silly season kicks off! Remember to take a bit of time out for self preservation over the festive season, as Claudia Hammond suggests in The Art of Rest, try sitting on a chair with NOTHING to do for 15 minutes - I'm going to give it a go too, minus the optional electric shocks!
