Stefanie Bishop is the women's reigning champion of World's Toughest Mudder. In 2016 she ran 85 miles in 25 hours and 5 minutes on her way to first place. Stefanie joins us to preview the 2017 race and to share some of her tips on fueling, the mental aspect of the race and to offer advice to first timers at WTM.
