Luke Stephenson is an Amarillo native now living in Aspen, CO. This interview took place a day after he won the annual Palo Duro Canyon 50 mile trail run. We talked about what it takes to be a ultra runner, both mentally and physically, and how he balances being newly married, working full time, and training for ultras. I found Luke to be a very genuine person and full of knowledge.
