Joshua and Joe are transported to the suburbs outside of Stockholm in LET THE RIGHT ONE IN (2008) based on John Ajvide Lindqvist's haunting novel. Joshua promotes literacy by making Joe read the subtitles and using words like "cognate". Joe tries to decide if the dad's friend is gay.
