Shawn is an IT expert and the founder of Impactful MSP.  His firm helps the owners of Managed Service Providers build high performing organizations.  Prior to his current role, he founded TWT Group - a managed IT provider that he successfully scaled before being acquired. He is the president of the Calgary chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization, a board member of the Trellis Foundation, and mentor with the Venture Mentoring Service of Alberta.
