As a small business owner we often make the mistake of overlooking branding efforts because we think of ourselves as a business and not a brand. We come up with a website, a fun logo and some flashy business cards and we think that’s all we need to run a successful business…
However, branding is important for businesses of all sizes because it increases their value, it gives employees direction and motivation, and it makes acquiring new customers easier.
If we think of Tony Robbins, Rob Dyrdek, Gabrielle Bernstein, Seth Godin, Gary Vaynerchuk and Rachel Hollis to mention but a few names of people who started of small and pretty unknown, have gone ahead and built their brand very successfully, and today they are world renown in their respective fields.
