The presuppositions of NLP are essentially a set of beliefs and principles that guide thinking and behaviour. In leadership and coaching they can greatly enhance the way you communicate and interact bringing about personal change effectively. 

When you coach and lead through the lens of these presuppositions you open up a dialogue that invites self awareness, personal responsibility and empowerment for change.

In this episode I explore four presuppositions 

- People have all the resources they need

- There is no such thing as failure only feedback

- All behaviour has a positive intention 

- Energy flows where attention goes
