With Project CARS 3 out for a couple of weeks now, the boys finally weigh in on the year's most controversial racer. This departure in the series pushes a lot of the right buttons as a thoroughly fun aside from its fully sim-focused predecessors, but a number of head-scratching design decisions and frustrating bugs keep it from excellence.
