Sharon Day-Monroe joins Episode 044 of The Athletic Experience.

Day-Monroe made her first Olympic Team a few months after graduating college in the High Jump. Four years later she made her second Olympic Team, this time as a Heptathlete!

Listen to Sharon's journey from soccer star, to NCAA High Jump Champion to one the best throwing heptathletes in history. Day-Monroe contemplated retirement after the 2017 season, but she'll announce her future plans toward the end of the show.
