Alicia Spence is the associate director of curriculum design and faculty support for First-Year Experience at Georgia Southern University. During her nine years in higher education, she’s designed face-to-face and online instruction for first-year students, presented at fourteen conferences and hosted multiple professional development workshops for students, faculty and staff.
