You’ve heard it a million times: “There is no such thing as a bad idea.”
Well, as hard as it may be to hear, that’s just not true.
We’ve all been in meetings or brainstorm sessions where a colleague raises his or her hand to give an idea and it ends up being awful. Who can say, in that situation, that there are no bad ideas?
