Well, as hard as it may be to hear, that’s just not true.

We’ve all been in meetings or brainstorm sessions where a colleague raises his or her hand to give an idea and it ends up being awful. Who can say, in that situation, that there are no bad ideas?

So, yes, there are bad ideas. However, bad ideas are good things. They are tools that can lead us to the amazing ideas we’ve been looking for!
