045: Three Muscles to Train to Change Your Look

A lot of us work out not just for health and longevity, but because we want to actually look fit and healthy, if not jacked and shredded.

It's time to let go of the stigma around training for aesthetics. The majority of the world starts a fitness habit because they want to look better.

During this episode, Nate and Kyle (aka Juicy Cheeks) talk about the 3 muscle groups that need to be trained to make a faster difference on how lean and muscular you appear.

Sure, you could train all your body parts evenly, but if you think of adding 5lbs of steak to your body, wouldn't you want to prioritize certain areas to create the look you want?

Taking that into consideration as well as specific visual "tricks" that Hollywood actors use daily to achieve the look they need ( did you know that if you gained a half inch on the shoulders and lost a half inch on your waist, it would make both areas appear to have changed by twice as much?)
