Today I continue the conversation about how manufacturers can lead their team and organization during the COVID-19 pandemic. Leaders are asking questions like, 'How can I support my organization?" In this episode, I will further explore why now is a great time to stay connected with your employees, stakeholders, customers, or supply chain. I also offer some additional perspectives on using this time to learn and plan your recovery.  And, share why I believe now is a great time to think deeply about your value proposition.

• Learn and plan for your recovery
• Your Value Proposition - think about how you benefit others and whether or not that has changed
• Managing your attention and rethinking your routines
