Just when we were worried about how long Boimler was going to be away the Cerritos, he's already back! Mike and Johnson chat about the Lower Decks episode "Kayshon, His Eyes Open," which sees our favorite ensigns again tackling disasters that need to be contained in a 25-minute episode. And honestly, is Johnson the only one that agrees with Boimler and wishes that there were more string quartets in Star Trek nowadays?

We then go into a long overdue off topic segment. Mike rattles off a bunch of things he's watching, including Suicide Squad and The Chair, while Johnson is clinging to his Apple TV+ subscription like nobody's business.
