Since the passing of my mother on Sep 21, 2023, I have been experiencing a lot of internal shifts, and from those, a lot of external ones too. Also, surprisingly a lot of clarity is showing up as to what is important to me right now in my life, my needs and desires, and how I execute them without feeling guilt or shame.
