047: creating a spiritual life with Ania Halama
In this episode, we welcome author of Rebels Guide to Spirituality, Ania Halama. As usual, Ania and I covered a lot. Ania shared her story of how she went from corporate burnout to traveling the world, healing her body, connecting to her Spirit and her true self, and creating a life that lights her up. We talked a lot about what it means to find a spiritual practice, clearing the mind to connect to source/ your higher self, and how consistency is so important. We talked about burnout, how we deal with it, and specifically the practice of letting go. We talked about manifestation, having fun, doing what you love, and finding your purpose…and that’s just to name a few.
I loved this episode because I always say, you don’t have to quit your job and move to Bali to be spiritual…and Ania actually did that- so who better to hear from on how to cultivate a spiritual life, an authentic life that you love, exactly where you are now.
Ania Halama is a world traveler who has helped thousands of heart-centered entrepreneurs align with their ideal clients and attract money, wealth, perfect health, perfect love, mental health, and spiritual wealth.
Ania started out working a corporate job that left her living paycheck to paycheck. Exhausted and worn out, she was limited to her dreams of a better life. Ania longed for the freedom to live life on her terms and time to enjoy life to the fullest.
One day she decided to take a leap of faith, quit her job, and begin a journey of self-discovery. The journey has taken Ania all over the world and helped her create businesses learning new skills and sharing them along the way.
Ania is a #MillenialManifestor, Intuitive Graphic Designer and Spiritual Business/Success Coach. She is also an intuitive Healer, she is a Certified Reiki Master, Angel Healer, EFT Certified Coach, Certified Ho’oponopono master, Angel Card Intuitive and Law of Attraction master.
Her passion is to use her eye for design, knowledge and love for self-discovery and healing to impact as many lives as possible!
