Hey what’s up everybody, this is Karim Amri. Welcome to Coaching Secrets Podcast.
We started yesterday talking about the qualities of a good leader, and we’ll continue talking about the same subject today.
As a coach, leadership is everywhere around us at a 360 level, whether when we are dealing with our clients or when we’re coaching them to become a better leader.
So what are the other qualities a coach should have ?
Achieve good results
Result champion leaders, support and enable their people to become champion too. True leaders know that the real success is the team success and victory, leaders are the catalysts of that success.
It’s easy to be a leader when market is stable and organization is facing no issues. But when challenges and big risks are faced, that’s when leadership will save the organization from crash.
In order to live the great success, leaders maximize all the resources they have for the benefit of their institution. A leader level of achievement is directly proportional to his ability to lead others.
Identifying the best time to act is one of the leader’s strength, as its makes the difference between success and failure.
20% of the people in the company, produce 80% of the results achieved. (Production),
20% of the leaders in the company, make 80% of the decisions. (Leadership)
20% of the time spent at work, produce 80% of the leader’s business goal. (Time)
A true leader knows where he’s going, and is able to persuade others to follow him. When the leader’s vision is accepted and embraced by the team, it creates enthusiasm, and boost the team to grow.

A mentor-protégé is a 2 ways relationships, when proper matching is needed for both to get benefits. A good leader is someone who walk his talk, as people do, what people see.
Self-development leads to personal success, Team development leads to organization growth, new leaders development leads to organization explosive growth.
