This week we are joined by our friend Garrick Williams! Garrick is a fantastic addition to Fluid and recently just got his first stripe on his white belt. Garrick also came to support Nick and his teammate Abro at Fluid's last competition outing - Chicago Grappling Industries. We discuss what it's like to constantly learn new things and what it's like to experience spectating at a competition for the first time. Garrick is also gearing up for his first competition in February. His excitement is contagious and we appreciate him as an awesome training partner!
