One of the most important part of being a teacher is being a model for learning and growth.  One of the primary ways I do that, is by using the hard data that I get back from my students.  What are they learning?  Where are they struggling?  I can do a little of this each day and throughout the school year, but the final exam data is really like a teacher report card?
