Hey what’s up everybody, this is Karim Amri. Welcome to Coaching Secrets Podcast.

We always consider one person , as leader, when we’re talking about leadership, but , what about team leadership ? Is it different?

Within a team, members must be able to rely and count on each other when it counts.

For a team, having clear vision is key, this gives the team members confidence and direction. One bad apple, can ruin a whole team.

In any winning team, there’s some players who get things done.

The overall strength a team, can be highly impacted by the weakest link. Teammates are different, and each of them has a specific place where he reaches his top potential and add the most value to the team.

The more the challenge is high, the more is the need for teamwork. There’s always a price to pay by teams, to reach their potential. It’s extremely important for a team to know where they stand, in each of their journey, to know what adjustments to do.

Shared values is a must for the union of a team. Proper communication within a team will lead to better connection and completion of actions. Developing the team and investing in it’s members compounds over time.

When the team is doing great and achieving results, nothing hurts.
