Nupur Shah is a business and intellectual property law attorney and the owner of Nupur Shah Law in New York. She works with startups and small business owners to set up business structures, create legal contracts and documents and protect their products, services, creations, and other intellectual assets. She was born and raised in India, and in 2008 she moved to New York, where she now lives with her husband and 3-year-old daughter.
