Steve Rozenberg is a commercial Airline Pilot who became a Real Estate Investor when he was given a pink slip after the tragedy of 9/11.
He bought his first property in his 30's, and has since owned Dozen of Rental Properties, Flipped and Wholesaled hundreds of properties, and with his partner, created a Multi-Million Dollar Property Management Company.
He's invested through 9/11, SARS, H1N1, the Great Recession, Ebola, and now Corona virus.
Steve is happily married with a Son. When his son was 14 he came to him asking to buy a Rental Property, Steve mentored him through the process, and he became a landlord at 14!
