John Egan works as a Clinical Outreach Specialist for Futures Recovery Healthcare. He has as worked in the field of substance use disorder treatment since 2009 in many capacities including as a primary therapist. He adds tremendous energy and value to the strategic business development team and reinforces the team’s passion for helping others alongside the responsibility of cultivating and maintaining relationships.

John graduated from Loyola University, Baltimore in 1998 and received his Master’s in Social Work from Widener University near Philadelphia, PA. John joined our team after touring Futures and appreciating the scope of individualized and integrated clinical care.

John was recognized by the Caron Foundation as an Unsung Hero in the field of substance use disorder treatment in 2017. John is proud of his own journey in recovery and has been sober since August 16, 2007 and attempts to be of maximum service to all individuals and families seeking recovery. John lives with his wife and family in West Palm Beach where he is deeply involved in the recovery community. John enjoys the fellowship of AA, snorkeling, beaches, cooking, working out, playing with his dog, and all Philadelphia major sports teams, including the Villanova Wildcats.
