Formerly, Shannon worked as Team Lead for Human Factors in FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) and as human factors reviewer within the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Division of Medication Error Prevention and Analysis (DMEPA).
