It took me a lot of time to understand that tracking the progress is the key to proper understanding my growth. It took even longer to figure out and follow a framework that would work for me. Most of times I've started tracking, but often it has become a hassle by itself and after a day or two I bailed. Finally I've found out the system that works for my brain and I think it might be helpful to anyone who's, like me, struggling to keep track on the goals and the process, wherever it may lead.

Since it has worked in my case, I believe it could be valuable to try that out for you as well. We'll keep it simple and, what I really hope, accountable and effective!
