Selina: After getting an Oura ring and seeing confirmed poor sleep, I've been experimenting with phone settings, medication timing, and light/temperature control to improve my sleep, but I'm still struggling to fall asleep and stay rested. With all of this in mind, do you have any ideas for what else I could try?
