She came to Belgium ten years ago, went back to school, and is now working as a business manager at ING via Exellys. Sindy is an inspiration to women in tech, people who aren't 20 anymore, and everyone who doesn't have Dutch as a first language. She's living proof that you can do it if you believe in yourself. "It's never too late to change your career," she says.
