In today’s episode, I encourage us to remember to do things that are solely for us, in a time when it feels like everything needs to be on display for views, likes, and comments.

Not everyone is meant to do things that impact the masses. And that’s ok. The things that we do for ourselves, whether big or small, matter too, and they are not to be taken lightly. Because this is how we become a quiet storm.

When we fill our own cups with things that make us feel whole, we can show up differently for those who are around us. And those are the things that aren’t always for sale or need an audience.
