MK Ultra is a project officially conducted by the CIA between the years of 1953 and 1973, that continues to infiltrate media and medicine to this day. It is a top-secret project which involves the agency conducting hundreds of Secrets and illicit experiments mostly on unwilling an unwitting U.S. citizens to assess potential use of LSD and Other Drugs on mind-control, information gathering and psychological torture.
