Everyone is watching Yellowstone, but what is it actually like to be a cowboy these days? 

Scott grew up in a small farm, later in his life his family moved to Seattle. He studied to be an architect while raising four children. After his marriage fell apart, Scott took a job breaking up concrete in a remote location and found peace living alone in the woods. Soon after, he moved to Montana, to start a bison ranch, without much of an idea of what he was getting into.
