Welcome back to your weekly dose of No More Long Talk, where today I chat with Jamie Hardman from Paws In Work.
In today’s episode I chat with Jamie all about employee wellbeing, what he’s doing as a changemaker at Paws In Work, how engagement and wellbeing are linked and what organisations can do to create wellbeing spaces for employees and their mental health.
Paws In Work offers a specialist puppy therapy service for companies looking to improve their staff well-being, manage stress and encourage team bonding. They also offer full Mental Health Training accredited by the MHFA England and Jamie is also one of the team’s mental health first aiders.
This is such an important topic in particular through the ongoing pandemic. It's a long journey but an important one that can make a difference.
Take a listen as Jamie shares his story on how he used his own personal experience to transition to employee wellbeing.
