      Drink of the Week: The Dunce Cap

      2 oz. Scottish gin (Carounn)

      1 oz. Dry French vermouth

      Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir forty times. Strain into a white whine (Riesling) glass and garnish with Bugles corn snack on top of a cocktail spear.
