Andrew King is co-author (with Jeanne Liedtka and Kevin Bennett) of Solving Problems with Design Thinking: Ten Stories of What Works. He is a research associate for the Batten Institute inside the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. In short: he’s well-studied in design thinking.
