As athletes we go to war with our teammates. Sometimes one of the hardest parts of stepping away from our sport is not having the same relationship with our teammates anymore. 

One of the greatest yet often overlooked things we take away from our sport is the ability to be patient. Patience is a skill that will serve us well long after the ball stops bouncing.
