The NHL and it’s players had to face their second test after many promised to listen, learn and be a part of change. We discussed how they messed up while the whole world was watching, the NHL schucked the responsibility on the players and with that responsibility some players stepped up more than others. This past week we saw first hand why it’s important for people and players of color to be in the room, during these conversations and if the NHL or it’s players want to actually be a part of change, why they must demand it.
