Our family suffered a terrible blow with the passing of the Docs 4 Patient Care Foundation’s Executive Director Felicia Horton this past Monday, May 16 at the age of 58.

Felicia has been the catalyst and heart of the Docs 4 Patient Care Foundation for more than a decade, weathering storms and nurturing our organization from a fledgling association of physicians to a foundation with national impact.
