So what is mine to do?

So we are nearly at the end of this prayer and it makes me wonder, it starts with you a communal (our) but leads us to a personal declaration. There are things that I need to do myself. But this prayer is inspirational. We are not alone. Christ is with us, working alongside us guiding us to a place of liberty and fullness.
