I was so sick last week and tried to hold down the fort as much as a I could. During those eleven day of sickness, I didn’t post on social media at all and it was quite a learning experience. 

I love social media and creating a community that I get to interact with daily, so stepping away from it for so long as a pretty big deal to me. I’ve been building my business with social media since 2009, so I’m anxiety-ridden when I don’t show up on there. 

Hopefully you can learn some lessons from this talk and integrate them into your life before you have to take some downtime!
