Stephanie Bosch is a public Speaker with an MSc in Global Leadership from Goldsmiths, University of London and a BA in Banking. Stephanie is an Executive Coach, British Psychology Society registered user for Personality & Ability testing and a certified practitioner of Hogan Assessments.

Having worked in corporate for 12 years, Stephanie knows what it felt like to experience the dark side of a leader and also what it feels like to put on a mask. Way too often we are suppressing true personality traits in order to conform. Rather than living up to their best selves we sometimes feel like misfits, people who just don't fit in because they dress or look different, and are therefore often held back.

Her mission is to teach leaders how to use the winning tactics of the ‘bad guys’ but with compassion & authenticity.
